1. Client Responsibilities

To receive your website in a timely manner, you must:

• Submit all required business information via our onboarding form

• Respond to any clarification or content requests

Delays in communication or incomplete submissions may affect delivery times.

2. User Information & Communication Consent

By submitting a form on our website or providing your information during signup:

You consent to Webscapes collecting and storing your personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, and business details.

You agree that Webscapes may contact you by email, phone, or text message in relation to your inquiry or project.

We will never sell your data, and your information will only be used to provide our services.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content (text, images, logos) you provide.

Webscapes retains the right to display your website as part of its public portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Access to your hosted website will be removed at the end of the billing cycle upon cancellation.

5. Limitations of Liability

Webscapes is not liable for:

• Any losses due to site downtime, third-party hosting issues, or user misuse

• Content submitted by the client that violates any laws

• Missed leads or lost business resulting from factors outside our control

6. Changes to These Terms

Webscapes reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance.
